Rules Online Shop

§1
General Provisions

The online store [“Store”] engages in retail sales via the Internet based on these rules [“Rules”].
The owner of the Store is Todos Bien SC, based in Poland, Lipowa 16 B6, 81-572 Gdynia.
The Rules are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.
The conclusion of a sales agreement depends on the Customer’s acceptance of the Rules.
Prices listed in the Store are gross prices.
The goods available in the Store are free of physical and legal defects.

§2
Orders

Orders can be placed in the following ways:

  • using the form available on the Store’s website,
  • by email to the address available on the Store’s website.

A condition for the fulfillment of an order is that the Customer provides data enabling verification of the Customer and the recipient of the goods. The Store confirms acceptance of the order by email or telephone. The Store reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an order, limit the method of payment, or require prepayment if the order raises justified doubts regarding the accuracy and reliability of the provided data or payment method.
The parties are bound by the information provided on the Store’s website at the time of placing the order, particularly the price, product description, product features, set components, and delivery time and method.
The information on the Store’s website does not constitute an offer as defined in the English Civil Code. When placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the specified goods. The sales agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Customer by clicking the confirmation link in the email sent by the Store.

§3
Payments

Payments can be made using any method available in the “Payment Methods” section on the Store’s website.
Shipping costs are specified in the delivery price list.
The release of goods is contingent upon payment for the goods and shipping.

§4
Shipping of Goods

The Store sends ordered goods via courier services.
In the case of payment by credit card, the lead time starts from the date of positive transaction authorization by the bank.
In the case of payment methods other than cash on delivery, the shipping time is extended by the period between placing the order and the date the payment is credited to the Store’s bank account.

§5
Customer Complaints

Complaints are accepted based on the Customer presenting proof of purchase of the goods (receipt or invoice).
If the goods do not conform to the agreement, the Customer should return the defective goods to the Store along with a description of the defects.
The Store will decide on the complaint within 14 business days from the time the goods are returned with a description of the defects. If defect verification requires an expert opinion or input from the manufacturer, the decision period is extended by the time needed to obtain such an opinion.
If the resolution of a justified complaint involves sending a new product or remedying the defect, delivery costs will be covered by the Store.
Individual settings of the Customer’s computer and monitor that cause incorrect or distorted display of product information (e.g., colors) cannot form the basis for a complaint.

§6
Right to Withdraw from the Contract

According to Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1796, consolidated text), the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract regarding the provision of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, such as e-books, software, or SaaS.
This means that the customer cannot withdraw from the contract after purchasing digital content on the Site-Plugins.com website.
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are governed by the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1796, consolidated text).

§7
Privacy Protection

When placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
The Customer may give separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials, including newsletters, from the Store.
The Customer has the right to inspect, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

§8
Intellectual Property

The use of any materials published on the Store’s website (including photographs and product descriptions) without the Store’s written consent is prohibited.

§9
Effective Date and Changes to the Rules

The Rules come into effect on the date they are published on the Store’s website.
The Store reserves the right to amend the Rules, with changes taking effect on the date they are published on the Store’s website. Contracts concluded before changes to the Rules are governed by the version in effect on the order placement date.
