You can walk on it at will, as the pier stretches over half a kilometer, including only the walking section. The greater part of the facility goes deep into the Bay of Gdańsk. At the end of the pier, in its head is located the sea harbor “Pier”. It is one of the most recognizable symbols of the city of Sopot.
The city of Sopot is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful seaside resorts located in Poland. Both Polish and foreign tourists visit it with pleasure. The most famous attractions of Sopot are the pier and the festival in the Forest Opera, organized continuously since 1961. In Sopot, in addition to the charms of the beaches, we will find a lot of beautiful places to visit, such as the Monte Cassino promenade, fishing harbor, historic lighthouse or Forest Opera.
